Western Winking Barbie

1980 Western Barbie who winks when you press the button on her back. Well, at least she used to wink. Now, it's more of a twitch. 

She's wearing a vintage western style dress with red floral top, velvet collar & denim skirt. I believe the red cowboy hat came from another set, but I thought it looked good with this. Add some boots and she's all set.

Bar Signs

My husband asked me to make some signs for the basement.  He wanted Cead mile failte (a hundred thousand welcomes) for above the bar and Four Fools Wine Bar for the area he and his friends make wine. Of course, I was happy to put my new Cricut Explore Air to use!

After he cut the wood to size, I created the words in Cricut Design Space. It was easy to find good fonts for the projects. Using the Cricut,  I cut a quick sample out of cardstock to check the sizing. Then, I cut the designs out of glossy black permanent vinyl. It was easy to prep and apply to the wood.
